Attorney Blake Lusk won a Motion for Summary Judgment in the case of John Mosbey and Roe Mosbey v. Lighthouse Property Insurance Corporation, in the 24th Judicial District Court for the Parish of Jefferson. In the Judgment signed by the Court on December 11, 2017, the Honorable Donald A. Rowan, Jr., dismissed the bad faith claims filed by plaintiffs with prejudice. The Court agreed that Lighthouse acted in good faith in its handling of plaintiffs’ claim.
