Robert T. Schulte

Robert “Bob” Schulte’s practice since 2012 has nearly exclusively been limited to representing insurance companies in connection with first-party property insurance claims.  He has extensive experience with homeowners and commercial insurance matters including claims of loss due to windstorm, hail, water, sinkhole, collapse, fire, theft, business interruption, and extra expense.  He has assisted some of Florida’s largest insurers with legal issues related to assignments of benefits, examinations under oath, misrepresentations by insureds, and the contractual obligations of insureds and insurers.  His litigation experience includes dispositive motions, jury trials through jury verdict, and post-judgment litigation of attorney’s fee claims and appeals.  He has testified before the Florida Legislature in support of insurance related legal reform and is approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services as an instructor for insurance related Continuing Education (CE) courses.
