Stephen N. MacFarlane
Stephen focuses on the defense of first-party and third-party claims and handles the defense of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. His experience includes representing employers and insurance carriers in defense of claims under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extensions such as the Defense Base Act. Stephen has also served our county in the U.S. Navy including a 2017 deployment in the Arabian Gulf in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. During this deployment he became designated as an Enlisted Expeditionary Warfare Specialist.
