The Monson Law Firm was represented at the Louisiana Comp Blog’s Comp in Focus September lunch meeting at Mr. B’s Bistro in New Orleans. We enjoyed hearing Actuary Steve Alexander discuss the steep 19.6 percent workers’ comp rate hike proposed by NCCI for Florida, as well as the role of NCCI in the industry. Steve is a Fellow of both the Casualty Actuarial Society and Society of Actuaries and has experience in pricing, reserving and regulation of all lines of insurance.
