John C. Henry
John’s practice focuses on representation of insurers and their insureds in claims arising from homeowner's insurance, casualty litigation, construction litigation, commercial litigation and agent errors and omissions. John has defended insurers in first-party property claims in both state and federal courts and has tried cases in Louisiana, Virginia, Maryland, and Georgia. John has argued appeals before Louisiana Circuit Courts of Appeal, the Louisiana Supreme Court, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
