David Masquelette primarily works representing homeowners and commercial property insurance carriers defending first and third-party claims. David served as an Assistant County Attorney and was named a Senior Assistant County Attorney at the Harris County Attorney’s Office with a 90% trial success rate. David has tried several hundred cases to judges and almost 30 jury trials.
He has served as counsel of record in civil lawsuits brought against Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the Harris County District Attorney, Harris County Constables, the Juvenile Probation Department, and the Harris County Department of Public Health and Environment Services. David was also a child abuse prosecutor for Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
